Personal Statement:

I have always been interested in creating and designing items since a young age, and still today I am constantly trying new techniques and learning new skills, so I can keep my designs fresh and exciting.
I also then teach my skills to all manner of ages and abilities which is a very rewarding experience and provides me with daily challenges.
Lastly promoting craft especially traditional techniques and methods is very important to me and to my work , being able to create a piece of jewellery or clothing from scratch is amazing ability especially in a society that is so used to mass produced items.
